The report highlights and celebrates DHIP achievements and the work of community organisations and Community Connectors to improve health and wellbeing and tackle inequalities.
It has been a challenging yet satisfying journey. We are proud of the work outlined in this report, and that so many of Derby’s community organisations are with us on this journey.
We aspire to build on what we present here to further empower community leadership in health at all levels.
