Joined Up Care Derbyshire is starting Health Literacy Awareness training to help individuals who struggle to understand everyday health information.
During this training, you will learn:
What health literacy is and why it is important.
What it might mean to have low levels of health literacy.
What other teams have done in practice and what you could do.
Where to find more information on health literacy.
Join an awareness session on:
